These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of usemoodboots.com and purchases made through the Site.
The Site and Mood Boots store are operated by:

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
2. Shopify Platform
The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display products, process orders and operate checkout.
Your use of certain Shopify features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, photographs and prices.
Colors and visual details may appear differently depending on the device or screen being used. Minor differences in natural materials, texture or finish may occur where they are inherent to the product.
These provisions do not allow Mood Boots to supply products that materially differ from their description or fail to satisfy mandatory standards of quality and conformity.
4. Final Collection and Store Closing
Mood Boots is completing its Final Collection and closing this chapter of the store.
Products and sizes are available only while remaining inventory lasts. Once a product or size sells out, it will not be restocked.
All confirmed orders will continue to be fulfilled. If Mood Boots cannot fulfil a confirmed order, the affected amount will be refunded.
The closing of the store does not remove applicable delivery, cancellation, return, refund or statutory consumer rights.
5. Prices, Currency and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Site or applicable market.
Before payment, checkout will display the product price, available shipping options and taxes or duties collected by Mood Boots.
Any additional customs charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law and must be handled as explained in our Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is legally permitted following an obvious error.
6. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed on the Site and may be limited by time, inventory, product or availability.
Automatic discounts and promotional codes will be applied only when their stated conditions are satisfied.
Unless expressly permitted, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively after an order is completed.
Promotional pricing does not remove statutory consumer rights or the 30-day return period described in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. We may review payment authorization, inventory and order information before accepting and fulfilling it.
We may cancel an order if:
- payment cannot be authorized;
- inventory is unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or product-information error occurred;
- fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;
- delivery is unavailable to the address supplied;
- fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
8. Pricing and Information Errors
Despite reasonable efforts, the Site may occasionally contain typographical, pricing, inventory or product-information errors.
We may correct errors and update information before an order is accepted. If a material error affects an order after submission, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.
Nothing in this section permits misleading pricing or removes mandatory consumer protections.
9. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or another payment option displayed at checkout.
The customer authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the total shown before order submission.
Mood Boots does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment processing may be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy notice.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Standard Shipping is free on every order to destinations available at checkout.
Faster Shipping may be available for an additional charge displayed before payment.
Shipping periods are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Mood Boots remains responsible for the order until delivery to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise because the customer independently selected a carrier not offered by us.
11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers in the United Kingdom and EEA may also have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Final Collection and closing-store promotion do not make products automatically non-returnable.
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, return instructions, costs, inspection and refund timing.
12. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Products must satisfy mandatory legal requirements concerning description, quality, conformity and fitness for ordinary use.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Any commercial warranty expressly displayed on the Site is additional to statutory rights and does not replace them.
13. Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity performed through your account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or comply with law.
14. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
- it is based on a genuine experience;
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right to submit it;
- it does not violate another person’s rights;
- it is not unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or misleading.
You grant Mood Boots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format and use the submitted content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.
15. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the Mood Boots name, design, text, graphics, photographs, layout and original materials, are owned by or licensed to LGC COMMERCE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- submit false payment, identity or delivery information;
- interfere with Site security or operation;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- scrape or extract Site content through unauthorized automated means;
- violate intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights;
- use the Site in a manner that harms Mood Boots, customers or third parties.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain integrations or links operated by third parties, including payment, delivery, advertising, social-media and review providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Mood Boots is not responsible for third-party content or conduct outside our reasonable control.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Mood Boots Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that Policy.
19. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Site accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, suspend or discontinue Site features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or the closing of the store.
This does not affect obligations relating to previously accepted orders.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, customs action, natural disasters, government restrictions, network outages or labor disputes.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and communicate material delays.
Nothing in this section removes a right to cancel, obtain a refund or pursue another remedy when that right cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood Boots is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded;
- deliberate misconduct;
- defective products where liability cannot legally be limited;
- mandatory consumer rights;
- any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
The Site is intended for consumer purchases. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer’s use of products for commercial purposes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access to the Site where a user materially violates these Terms, threatens Site security, engages in fraud or creates a legal risk.
Termination or suspension does not remove rights or obligations relating to accepted orders, payments, returns, refunds or legal claims.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
Consumers in the United Kingdom or EEA may retain the right to bring proceedings before courts available to them under mandatory local law.
24. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
25. No Waiver
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and information displayed at checkout, constitute the agreement concerning use of the Site and purchases from Mood Boots.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already accepted.
