Shipping Options

Standard Shipping is free and usually arrives within 3–5 business days. Faster Shipping costs $13.95 and usually arrives within 2–4 business days.

Available shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

30-Day Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item.

Any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated before the product is sent back.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product.

Our team will review the information and explain the available resolution. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected after they are received. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
